About Anubama
My career has moved through corporate HR, entrepreneurship, leadership development, training, and doctoral research. I have reinvented myself more than once — not because I lacked direction, but because life evolved, and so did I.
Today, my work connects people development, women’s growth, career redesign, and organisational learning. As Founder of Arch Consulting, I partner with organisations to develop people, strengthen leadership, and build workplaces where individuals can perform and thrive.
As a researcher and strategist, I explore how women redefine success after career interruptions, entrepreneurship, caregiving, burnout, motherhood, and major life transitions.
